IAM is committed to assist laborers in the fulfillment of their calling through training, placement, resources, networking, counsel, practical logistic planning, and to provide for ongoing consultation and encouragement. We encourage a flexibility in the missionary assignment as led uniquely by the Lord. IAM serves in a cooperative effort with the missionary, their church leadership, missionary teams, and national church partners to further the Lord's purpose in promoting the Gospel.
