As the pastor of Rock Road Chapel in New York, Pastor Jay has worked for unity in the body of Christ for decades.  In 1981 the Lord gave Pastor Jay the vision  for IAM of training believers for the harvest. In 1992 the Lord gave expression to the vision and this visionary continues to carry and impart the IAM  mandate. He serves on leadership boards of several other ministries.  With an apostolic father's heart, he has traveled on over 50 mission trips to 6 continents training leaders and encouraging the work of missions.  Pastor Jay and his wife Evelyn have  6 children and many grandchildren.  Ps. 133:1 is one of his life verses.

Sharon has served with International Accelerated Missions since its inception in 1992.  With a passion for the Lord and for seeing the Body of Christ functioning in this vital hour, she spent several years on the mission field establishing IAM Bible Schools and teaching in Jamaica and Russia. In 1996, she established and became the Director of IAM International School of Missions, a full-time ministry training program in N.Y.  Sharon became the IAM Overseer in early 2002 and the Vice-President in 2004.  Ordained with International Ministers Fellowship, Sharon ministers locally and globally.  Email Sharon A Word From the Overseer.

 Youth Ablaze Director
                        
With a passion to see young people activated for the Lord's purpose, Dodie has been involved in youth ministry since 1981.  She assisted with IAM International Teens (IAM IT) and became the director of IAM's youth ministry, now called "Youth Ablaze," in 1999.  Dodie has led teams to such nations as Mexico, Russia, Romania, Peru and India.  She has actively coordinated youth outreaches into New York's Capital Region.  Dodie serves as a youth leader at her home church, Light of the World.  Email Dodie   Youth Ablaze.


George Tockmakis

George has served on many short term mission outreaches in the area of construction and youth evangelism. He has ministered such areas as India, Guatemala, Uganda, Mozambique building orphanages, schools, churches, youth facilities, and housing for the needy.  George served for several years as the Assistant Director of IAM Builders and in 2004 was appointed the ministry director.  He has a huge heart and passion for blessing the nations and involving laborers in practical and spiritual service.  George and his wife, Kathleen, are active members of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and have 3 daughters. With a deep passion for the Body of Christ to function in relationship with the Lord, Susan has an intercessor's heart for the Lord's Glory  throughout the nations.  She has served on various leadership, evangelism and medical mission trips to Africa and Asia.  Susan imparts the Lord's heart and Word through her life of mercy and teaching. An active grandmother, she worships at Mount Moriah Ministries.

This couple's passion and vision is to see the throne of Jesus established in the praise and worship of His Bride.  Paul and Karen serve as worship leaders at Rock Road Chapel in Berne, N.Y. and have ministered in 5 nations, as well as in the U.S. They are the international directors of IMPACT ministries and carry a strong conviction of His Kingdom, believing that through abiding in the Glory of His presence, all believers are empowered to go into all the world declaring the full Gospel.
