IAM Discipleship Training Schools
As instructed in Matthew 28, "Go and make Disciples of all nations," the
main "hub" of IAM is to establish Discipleship Schools to teach new believers Biblical foundations and train leaders in the Body of Christ world-wide.

main "hub" of IAM is to establish Discipleship Schools to teach new believers Biblical foundations and train leaders in the Body of Christ world-wide.
Missionaries and nationals are establishing IAM Schools around the world training believers in the Truth of the Word of God. The intent of the school
is to see regional transformation as local Christian leaders join together to train believers in Biblical values and release them into their personal callings. The training, lasting 4 to 12 months depending on the regional needs, are taught in several different languages: English, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese, Subano, Gujarati, Afirkaans, Nepalese, etc... and is expanding into many more parts of the World. IAM Affiliate Schools:
IAM encourages IAM Schools in order to further regional transformation,
however in industrialized nations only, the curriculum may be offered for use in an established Bible School, Local Church, or Study Group. An application and fee of $250 is required prior to providing the IAM resources.

IAM Missionary Training Schools
IAM International, IAM's full-time, 18-week "flagship" school, held in Hyde Park, N.Y. offers intensive training for missionary and/or ministry candidates. Biblical teachings, practical workshops, team dynamics, evangelistic outreaches and cultural awareness activities provide
the basis for ministry preparation. This course is recommended for those desiring to serve with the ministry of IAM. Interested in more information?
IAM "Stepping Out" Training: This training is currently On-hold
A 6 week introductory part-time course geared for short term mission training and effective local service is held in the Capital Region of New York. This is IAM's "get your feet wet" mini-course. Short term training may be available at your location upon request. Interested in details?
IAM Missionary Prep School:
This 3-day orientation for new IAM Missionaries and Staff is held at the IAM House of Nations several times throughout the year. The orientation provides IAM Laborers to catch the IAM "heartbeat," understand the ministry scope, scenerios for potential mission experiences, practical preparation guidance, group training fellowship, prayer and leadership counsel.
