David assembled the people of Israel and challenged them with "willing involvement".  "Who will offer themselves?"  In the time of building the       Lord's House, this question came from His Spirit.  And the people responded by giving gifts and by giving themselves "freely and wholeheartedly to the Lord.   The Lord is still asking this question....
